ROYAL LEAMINGTON SPA

The Art Gallery involved the sensitive conversion of a Grade II listed former gallery building into a luxury ‘loft style’ apartment. The development is just one of several new urban projects to significantly enhance the area around the station, adding to the wider regeneration of this part of the town.

The design emphasises the existing historical features of the building with modern minimalist interventions to deliver bright, modern living spaces.
